RESERVATION INFORMATION

If you cannot find the desired availability, you can register on our waiting list.

For groups of seven or more people, or if you wish to reserve the restaurant exclusively for a special and personalized event, you can write to us at: reservas@cruixrestaurant.com .

If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance so we can try to adapt the menu. However, in some cases this may not be possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No charge will be made to your card at the time of booking.

However, if you do not attend, arrive more than 15 minutes late, or cancel within 12 hours of the reservation, your card will be charged.

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled time, via the cancellation link included in the confirmation email.

The service lasts 2 hours, in order to guarantee the best experience for all our clients, so we appreciate your punctuality.

Tables will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes. After this time, they may be assigned to other customers.

Upon confirming your reservation, you will receive a ticket worth €50 per person (VAT included). Please only reserve the number of people who will be attending, as the cancellation policy may apply to unoccupied places.
