BOOKING INFORMATION
If you do not find the desired availability, you can sign up for the waiting list.
At Cruix Restaurant, we currently work only with tasting menus.
If you have any type of dietary restriction, please let us know before coming so that we can try to adapt the menu with a reasonable amount of time, although it will not always be possible to adapt it.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your card is not charged at the time of booking. If you do not attend this reservation, arrive 15 minutes after your booked time or cancel within 8 hours prior to your reserved time, you will be charged to the credit/debit card you have provided us at the time of your reservation.
You can cancel your reservation at no associated charge up to 8 hours from the date of your reservation. To do this, click CANCEL in the confirmation email you received when you made your booking.
The duration of the service will be 2 hours, so that other customers can enjoy the restaurant, so we also greatly appreciate your punctuality.
We keep the table for 15 minutes, after that time the table will be freed up for other customers, that’s why punctuality is so important.
Regarding the cancellation policy, we would like to inform you that with the reservation you acquire a ticket worth €50 per guest (10% VAT included).
Please do not book a higher number of diners than you are actually going to attend, otherwise we will have to apply the cancellation policy for those diners who have not attended, i.e. €50 for the diner who has not shown up.
